Yeast for high quality white wines with strong aroma and full body. Effective at low to medium temperature conditions as well as in difficult conditions. Alcohol-resistant yeasts don`t produce foam during fermentation. APRO-FERM FRESH FRUIT helps to extract aromas and preserves the varietal notes. They have strong β-glucosidase activity and do not produce H2S.

  • 15-25 g/hl;
  • Dilute 1 kg of yeast in a solution (7 liters of water + 3 liters of juice) at a temperature of 30-32 °С;
  • rehydration time – 15 min. Then add to the tank
